It’s a Twin Thing

Summer 2019

I don’t have more than a few stats in their baby books and I probably never will. But we take a lot of photographs. I write down their funny quotes. There are dozens of voice memos in my phone of their singing, spats and stories.

All this to say, my kids are no strangers to a recording device, a few questions about their perspective on things and the chance to ham it up on-air.

I co-produce a podcast called Alter Guild with a few pastor friends and my girls wanted to be on it. Season Four invites the retelling of bible stories. I decided to reexamine the story of Jacob and Esau through the twin relationship my daughters share.
